Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Preorders 
100% NON refundable as those fabrics are ordered specifically for you.

Lost Packages
Please be aware if a package is lost in transit or running late, that is not grounds for a refund as we have no control over shipping, but I will help you file a claim on your package to help the process.
